Where is the Stay Located?
All three stays — the Pepin Forest Treehouse, Moonhaven, and the Sleeping Fox Suite — share the same private forested property just 5 minutes outside the charming town of Pepin, Wisconsin.

The Sleeping Fox Suite is tucked into the ground level of our home, with its own private entrance and exclusive guest-only areas. While it's technically part of the lower level, it’s been fully soundproofed, thoughtfully designed for privacy, and surrounded by peaceful forest views — so it feels like your own cozy retreat. You'll have your own luxury sauna, private bathroom, movie theater, outdoor forested patio and more.

You enter and exit through your own private walk-out entrance, no need to meet anyone in person, just receive a digital code before you check-in.

Will we hear anyone above us?
We installed top-tier soundproofing—movie night won’t disturb the rest of the property (and vice-versa), though you may hear small signs of life on occasion.

Kids love the woodland bunk beds, movie theater room, and shelves full of games and books. Parents appreciate the one-level layout, spa bathroom, and plenty of room to spread out.

The Sleeping Fox features one main luxury king-sized bed and bedroom as well as a queen-sized high-end sleeper sofa and one bunk bed with 2 twin mattresses (ideal for families with kids) as well as one sleeper chair.
