  • Pepin Forest Treehouse is part of a thoughtfully designed forest property that includes three unique stays: the original Treehouse, Moonhaven, and The Sleeping Fox. While you may occasionally see other guests on the property, each space has been carefully placed, landscaped, and oriented to maximize privacy.

    We know privacy matters — and we’ve intentionally created visual separation, dedicated outdoor areas, and natural buffers so each stay feels peaceful and its own. That said, if you’re looking for a completely isolated, miles-from-anyone experience, this may not be the best fit.

    One benefit of our setup is that we’re nearby if you need anything during your stay, while still giving you space to fully unplug and relax. You’ll also enjoy being just minutes from the town of Pepin and the scenic Great River Road, making it easy to explore nearby river towns like Stockholm and Wabasha, MN before returning to a quiet forest setting.

  • We know life happens—especially when trips are planned far in advance. Because our calendar is typically open up to 1.5 years ahead, we offer a 14-day cancellation window. Guests are welcome to cancel or reschedule for a full refund up to 14 days before their stay, giving you flexibility and peace of mind when booking ahead.
